This site is a tribute to Christopher John Hughes, who was born in Dulwich on 01/06/1971 and died from Pancreatic Cancer on 18/04/2018. He is much loved husband, dad, son, brother, brother in law, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He was taken much too soon and will always be remembered. 

He fought to the end, making sure he made that one last trip to London to see his beloved cpfc on 14/04/2018

Rowcroft Hospice gave him and the family love, support and dignity right up to the end and beyond. For that we will be eternally grateful.

Everyone should get the end of life care that Chris was fortunate to have but Rowcroft can only keep going with charitable donations.

Please give what you can to Rowcroft Hospice in lieu of funeral flowers to celebrate Chris's life and help other families in similar situations
